I lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the Visa Flexible Credential, a new capability enabling customers to access multiple products with a single credential/card. My role involves in-depth client/bank needs analysis, customer testing, regulator engagement, and technical feasibility assessments to ensure product market fit.I manage the Consumer Product pipeline, establishing an opportunity map that highlights current product uptake, active pursuits, and potential opportunities. This proactive plan provides clear visibility and alignment for Account Executives and Product Owners.Additionally, I lead client engagement sessions with senior stakeholders from major banks to smaller Fintechs, showcasing Visa's products and experiences we can help our banking clients create for their customers.

At Freetrade, a Series B FinTech with over 1 million users, I led the Growth collective of squads and was accountable for driving acquisition and shaping the product strategy for key areas such as payments and onboarding. I played an instrumental role in Freetrade's expansion into Sweden by leading a cross-functional team to design and implement a new onboarding flow that complied with complex Swedish regulations. This was a critical milestone in our expansion into a new market and helped us establish a foothold in Sweden.I led the product strategy for our Autopilot vision to help customers invest on a regular basis. this strategy led to our team delivering Direct Debit for recurring payments and a Recurring Order feature for customers to set regular investments.

At Moneybox, a Series D company with £3bn+ AUA, I led the largest cross-functional team at the company (Customer Experience) which included Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, QA, and other functional team members across the organization. Together, we worked to drive activation of new customers, increased deposits from existing customers, and a larger share of wallet through cross-selling additional products.I was responsible for leading complex projects across multiple technology teams, including core money and payment systems, third-party integrations, API and services, iOS, and Android. I led the team to completely overhaul the key screens (Home & Discover) of the app to position it for the multi-product offering Moneybox provides, resulting in an 80% increase in engagement with promotional content including that of cross-sell products.
