I was responsible for all the Front Desk functions during the shift, such as answering calls and taking room services orders, processing all check-ins and check-outs during the shift, and printed and delivered all guest folios to each room. I was in charge of running the daily night audit and correcting and billing errors along with running the credit card.

I was responsible for all the late night check-ins, phone calls, and guest request during the shift, I managed and processed the overnight audit along with preparing the overnight reports for management and daily forecast for all the day staff. I oversaw the transportation department and acted as the room service agent and processed and verified all.

I was in charge of informing all guest and staff of all on property events, locations, and meetings. I assisted all guest with off-property events and excursions, bookings and reservations. I was responsible for handling calls related to the department's duties and responsibilities. Cross trained and assisted the Front Desk department and occasionally.
