Colorfoods : Manage manufacture in Petrich• Planning and organising production schedules• Overseeing quality control standards - HACCP• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. • Build up and instigate advanced production methodologies and makes use of a combination of production techniques.• Ensure manufacturing and processing staff. • Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers• Participation in the adoption and implementation of developments to introduce new activities, improve the production and improve the quality of work.• Creation and application of technology to monitor or control the production.

Responsibilities and Duties in Chipita Bulgaria Ltd- Receiving and complying with the manufacturing schedule that is composed by the Head of Production.- Managing control over the critical control points (CCPs) according the set up standards by Chipita Bulgaria.- Taking the necessary remedies in case of accident and raw material problem- Managing the staff according to the workload of the manufacturing day (85 employees)- Updates and daily statement: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), GMP- Conducting employee-training programs daily, monthly and quarterly.- Accountability of the manufactured product with SAP

Responsibilities and Duties in BMC - Haskovo- Incoming inspection of the raw materiaиls- Preparation of manufacturing program according the inventories and requests- Managing control over the critical control points (CCPs) of the manufacturing process according to the raw material.- Taking the necessary remedies in case of accident and raw material problems- Managing the staff according the workload of the manufacturing day (25 workers)- Uptades and daily statement: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO 9001 , 14001 , 18001- Conducting employee-training programs daily, monthly and quarterly.- Full accountability of the working process with Storex
