This is a highly skilled position that involves working in the installation, configuration, operation, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security management of technology resources within the school system. This position provides support to users in the use of (operating system) software and computers. * Serve as the first level of technology support between Information Technology Services (ITS2) and end users at assigned location and redirect all issues that cannot be resolved at site to the appropriate ITS group for assistance; * Set up and maintain user accounts at assigned location(s) including rights and memberships; * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops and printers within assigned location(s); * Provide tools, and support in new and emerging technologies; * Ensure workstations at assigned location(s) meet current Workstation Checklist standards; * Triage and diagnose workstation, laptop, and printing problems relating to the network, hardware, and/or software systems; * Assist with triage of network and server issues at the request of members of ITS; * Maintain a technology list of equipment using the Helpdesk software database and verify that the information is consistent and current; * Perform data collection and analysis deemed necessary by the Supervisor;
