Main tasks and responsibilities: Accounting Implement and develop accounting procedures that meet the requirements of GHQ and local governments Coordinate and lead the preparation of Financial Statement on a timely basis in accordance with Chinese and International Accounting Standard to satisfy the needs from Management, government agencies and shareholders FP&A Responsible for developing, coordinating, maintaining and managing budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis (line of business, revenue analysis, cost analysis, working capital and cash flow), communicate results and provide recommendations. Business supporting Actively participate in business decision making process and be part of the business management team Support business decision making including specific initiatives/programs, e.g. What if analysis, make vs. buy, market product decisions, profit improvement programs, cost management, supply chain optimization, pricing, trade working capital analysis, etc. Prepare investment evaluation model to assist new project investment decisions; Lead and support continuous workflow process improvements within department and all through the organization Assist the development and implementation of business KPIs, Scorecards, etc.Controlling Implement internal control process to ensure all the business process and procedure in compliance with internal control requirements. Implement necessary procedures of cost control and meet the cost down strategic goals Others Liaison with Corporate management to enforce Corporate accounting policies and IC procedures Provide GHQ good visibility to EPC operations and help understand China market Coach and Develop staffs in the department
