I provided support to the showrunner of the upcoming Apple TV series, Omnivore. My responsibilities included taking notes during meetings, managing schedules and calendars, and conducting comprehensive research on bank holidays across more than 20 countries where filming was planned.

In my capacity as the Associate Culinary Producer for the Food Network's show 'CandyLand', I collaborated closely with the art department to integrate, develop, and construct edible features that brought the world of the classic board game to vibrant life on the set. I further took on the role of the food stylist, crafting and arranging on-set pieces and contestant dishes to create visually appealing presentations. Alongside these responsibilities, I ensured that contestants received continuous support and essential culinary supplies to excel in their challenges.

Directly out of Culinary school I interned in the bread making department for Spago. After those hours were complete, I was hired on full-time and transferred to the line for desserts and pastry. I ran the dessert lunch line, making and plating all the dessert that went out for the Spago lunch crowd until the city shut down due to COVID

In my role as a Production Coordinator at the production company responsible for Wicked Tuna Reel Talk, I played an integral part in orchestrating a live event in Boston—a culmination following the season's final episode. I managed a team of Production Assistants, handling their recruitment and coordination. My responsibilities extended to booking all travel arrangements for our out-of-state crew and executives, ensuring smooth logistics. Additionally, I took charge of arranging rentals, catering services, and on-site equipment to guarantee a flawless event.

As a Production Coordinator at Ha Cha Cha LLC, I contributed to the successful execution of an 8-hour live stream event, #Best.Day.Ever, sponsored by Chevy. My responsibilities included assisting in the coordination of both live and remote shoots, ensuring their seamless integration. I took charge of managing all crew-related paperwork, ensuring compliance and organization throughout the project. Moreover, I spearheaded the culmination of the production by executing the final wrap book.

My role as Production Coordinator for an online clip show supported by DreamWorks Animation and Google. I single-handedly orchestrated the entire office setup, ensuring a fully functional and efficient workspace. My responsibilities extended to handling all paperwork concerning employees, encompassing areas such as SAG (Screen Actors Guild) compliance, payroll management, and the acquisition of necessary permits and licenses. I managed daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, maintaining a careful balance to ensure financial sustainability. Within the production office supporting both a management company and a YouTube MCN channel, I began as a Production Coordinator. Organizing an office setup and bringing order to the chaos. Recognizing my capabilities, I was promoted to the position of Producer within just six months. In this capacity, I not only orchestrated my own series from conception to completion but also helmed the production of five additional series on the channel.One of my proudest achievements was the creation and direction of the "5 Min FX" series. This work garnered significant recognition, as it was nominated for industry awards including a Webby and an IAWTV award—an acknowledgment of the quality and impact of our production efforts.
