- Planning & Coordinating of Training Courses (all areas incl. JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA, Richardsbay, PE, EL, PMB, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Kimberley & Mosselbay)- Creating Events on Internal Software (Event Management / Webadmin)- Creating & Updating Training Schedules- Updating the Sage Pastel Payroll & HR Training Website- Cancellations of Training Dates – Cancelling Venues, Catering, Flights, Accommodation, Car Rentals and Speakers in due time- Problem Dates on Training – Identifying such dates and communicating this to the Sales group- Budget & Purchase Orders for Training – Sourcing Competitive Quotes, raising Purchase Orders and liaising with our Finance Deptment- Liaising with Lecturers, Trainers, Venues & Training Centres / ATC’s (Accredited Training Centre’s)- Coordination of Catering for Training & Workshops- Payment of Invoices – Arranging payments for Venues, Flights, Car Rental, Trainers & Speakers- General Filling- Arranging Flights, Car Rental & Accommodation for "away" Training- Checking of Training Evaluation Forms- Allocate Internal and External Trainers to present Training in different areas- Assisting with Registrations for Training- Issue & printing of Certificates for Training- Bookings / Renting of our Training Facilities (JHB,PTA,CPT & DBN)- Assisting the Administration Team with various tasks- Couriering Manuals to Branches (DBN, CPT, PTA and all other venues)- Loading & Invoicing of all Training Bookings and Manual Orders- Cancel, Credit and Refunding of Training Bookings

- Book delegates for Training courses- Filing, faxing and general admin duties - Attend to client queries and resolve issues as soon as they arise- Building own clientele- Meeting set targets every month - Meeting set call stats every day- Customer Liaison & Customer Service- Canvass and follow up of clients
