Maintain an efficient office, can handle multiple priorities. Including answering phones, handle incoming and outgoing mail, providing customer service, scheduling, AP/AR, heavy data entry, spreadsheets, typing, bookeeping, filing, faxing, inventory control, event and meeting planning, maintain employee files, payroll, bank deposits, order office supplies, other clerical duties as needed.

Responsible for all facets of the Human Resource Dept plant wide approx 135 employees, including recuitment, orientation, processing all new hire paperwork, employee relations, compliance to policies, procedures, benefits, workers compensation, daily staff meetings, payroll, ISO 9000, etc.Responsible for all facets of the Environmental, Health, Safety Dept to ensure all OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, State and Local compliances are current, all records are filed. Hazmat, plantwide EHS meetings, MSDS, maintained first aid/eye wash stations, perform safety audits, safety incentive programs, monitored employees that SOP were applied.
