• Responsibilities include extending employment offers, coordinating and background checks, I-9 audit and compliance, facilitating new hire orientation, overseeing onboarding and employee transfers, and managing unemployment claims• Assist in BCSA audit, maintaining employee files, ensuring adherence to HR laws and regulations, and handling grievance and allegation intake• Compiles and analysis data to produce daily analytical reports create and post job requisition• Participate in job fairs, dock walks, and employee engagement/community committee• Provide customer centricity and clerical support to 1500 organization members

• Screen, schedule, and interview clients to assess their household need for state benefits• Explain current program guidelines, regulations, and policies to diverse clientele• Calculate budget, evaluate client finance, and resource management• Research, analyze, and verify data from multiple sources, resolving any discrepancies• Process changes, overpayment, restore benefits, and refer to fraud department• Educate and recommend clients to additional community organization services available • Generate correspond, thoroughly document case, issue medical card, and EBT card• Consistently meet deadlines, receive commendations for case accuracy, and mentor trainees

• Responsible for executing local association political action, community/public relations, legislative support, and professional development activities and programs• Coordinate/advocate national and state programs and priorities with current and perspective members• Develop programs and activities to maintain membership, organize new, and potential members

• Annual recruitment of Professional and Paraprofessional within the school district• Addressing and mediating workplace complaints and conflicts• Cultivating and expanding organization membership within Dallas ISD• Providing consultation, information, and guidance to both members and non-members regarding policy and procedure changes on local, state, and national levels• Developing recruitment materials, facilitating leadership/area trainings, and participating in community/career fairs• Independently visiting multiple campuses daily to ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and guidelines • Provide grievance representation
