As an administrative healthcare employee, my strict adherence to policy and procedure ensure that I am always HIPAA compliant. I am diligent and focused allowing me to complete my workflow in a timely manner and a head of deadlines. While I am a team player, I do perform very well whilst working individually. I do not rely on the support of others to complete my tasks. I easily identify areas of workflow that are flawed or inaccurate and bring them to the attention of the appropriate superior.
