Current- Lead capacity meetings and give the best visibility to the plants and determine the risk on Lead Times- Anticipate customer needs- Manage and optimize the capacity resources in European plants and Trade goods- Manage the Lead Time with our supply chain and confirm the orders accordingly- Validate Capacity Reservations with plants- Manage with plants the daily capacities and update the smoothing program AOS & CCC in SAP- Anticipate and optimize the work load of the coming weeks- Guarantee the total use of the capacity resources before the overload period (Stable Lead Time)- Lead the process order amendment between EMEA plants & trade goods- Support the COF in case of unexpected change in the orders or Scheduling issues- Update the Lead Time publication on Steelcase website- Manage the SPLITs link to scheduling process and offer a solution that respects the set up rules- Manage all the changes dealing with the delivery of our customers, between the logistics department and the customer service
