Assist students in developing an educational plan and strategies to improve students success. Monitor student progress using available technology and localisation systems. Design and coordinate the group's learning activities to promote student success. Meet individually and in small groups with students, if necessary. Collaborate with student’s development services staff to meet the social and human service needs of students. Provide individual and / or group coaching on issues related to academic success. Send students to internal and external programs for additional support services or advice on crisis interventions and follow-up, if necessary. Collaborate with various student development services offices to identify and recommend the services needed to meet student needs. Complete information on services, activities and students of the program. Keep accurate, organised, completed and detailed records. Kept and maintain reports as required or assigned. Perform other related tasks as required or assigned.
