As of June 2018 to present I have worked as a Lighting Designer for Litelite. I create personalised proposal packages for clients using Relux and Premiere Pro, AutoCAD and Photoshop. I have also prepared various PowerPoint presentations so that we can continue to meet clients needs via Zoom whilst in and out of lockdowns. I use Relux to calculate the lux levels in all areas to confirm regulations are met, and also to design key areas for customers to visualise what the space will look like. I use Premiere Pro to make a video presentation of the proposal. Photoshop allows me to visualise the concept to the client, and I am confident drawing and understanding floor plans on AutoCAD. I am competent using Excel, to complete energy reports and creating spreadsheets to break down costs and highlighting savings made for the client as part of the packages.My role also includes customer service, managing clients expectations and liasing with suppliers as I am also involved in the presentation of the proposals and surveying sites. I am able to speak to clients and fully understand their needs; leading to contacting the correct suppliers to find the right fittings for the job.
