Having a recruitment background spanning over 20 years, I support Randstad Australia as the Employee Relations Manager.Working closely with all stakeholders, I resolve Employee Relations issues and develop strategies to minimise our rate of ER related disputes. Staying on top of the Australian employment legislation, I use my expertise to navigate a fair and equitable outcome for Randstad and our employees. This position enables me to proactively target areas for further development and training across the business nationally. I work closely with Directors, Managers, consultants and HR as a SME and this enables us to achieve the best outcome for Randstad whilst being an employer of choice for our employees. Previously, I spent 7 years in the capacity of Human Resources Business Partner where I focussed on all operational facets, including leadership coaching and development, recruitment and selection, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, business concepts, change and transition, performance management and employee relations. My aim was to deliver on divisional goals and strategies and proactively drive outperformance.In my previous role as an L&D consultant, I built strong relationships with both managers and new recruits, to develop and roll out a new onboarding program. I have written and delivered training across the business nationally to consultants, team leaders, managers and sales support staff and also provided specific onboarding training to enhance the experience of every new recruit in our business. Collaborating with the business to ensure we provide targeted learning and development capabilities, closing any training gaps and building on a solid foundation of best practice and innovation.With over 30,000 staff across the world, operations in 52 countries and sending over 10,000 people to work in Australia alone, our company goal is to become the most equitable and specialised talent company in the world.
