As a consultant in the Learning & Development team, my position is responsible for the training and development of new hires and supporting and coaching managers to ensure we support the business in not only attracting but retaining the best talent.Instrumental in ensuring best practice among all staff and ultimately assisting support business growth and profitability, whilst living the company values and ensuring workplace satisfaction through a robust Learning & Development program.

Initially employed to Manage the Corporate Membership sales and develop ongoing relationships with corporate businesses within the local area. Through cold calling, word of mouth, marketing and on site meetings I was able to direct membership traffic into the club and successfully build some strong corporate clients. Moving into the Club Manager position I was responsible for the overall day to day running of the club. Managing 2 staff, my position entailed sales and achieving KPI's set by the Club Owners. Reporting weekly and monthly on inquiries, tours, conversion rates, growth and attrition, my charter was to grow the membership base and provide a customer service experience that was second to none. Dealing with difficult situations, sensitive information and collecting debts was also a very important part of this position. During my time with Anytime Fitness Tuggerah I was instrumental in the growth of the club and built excellent rapport with the staff and members.

Developed strong leadership skills and built rapport amongst staff in all national offices.Initially began with LINK Recruitment's Sydney office, in a consultant capacity, recruiting in the temporary Accounting Support space.Moved into Accounting Support Parramatta before starting the Banking & Finance temporary desk back in Sydney.Moved into the Consulting Manager-Business Support position in Parramatta before finally taking the opportunity of starting LINK's first North Shore office, in Chatswood.
