Vice President (volunteer position) Provide strategic leadership for the development of services created. Directly manage all of Inspire Us Foundation Directors and projects ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and internal staff, as well as coordination of activities with its constituent organizations, vendors and partners. Guide the development of the overall leadership structure and strategic plan, creating goals and plans of quality and financial management of InSpire Foundation. Responsible for the broad divisional coordination of critical development activities, communications, operations, technology innovation and support. Coordinate research, resource, acquisition, and special projects. InSpire Us Foundation is designed to provide leadership skill development, scholarship offerings and a host of mentoring and community initiatives. InSpire Us Foundation has a current four prong approach to carry out the aforementioned design;Inspiring Leadership Educational Accountability Development (ILEAD) InstituteOffers leadership and development institutes for high school, college/university, as well as early and middle managers throughout the country.Mentoring Program Provides mentoring for high school, college and young professionals: throughout the country.Elder Care InitiativeProvides needed services for the elderly through volunteer initiatives at nursing homes, senior centers and other community venues. Scholarships• Nancy Jones O’Neal Memorial ScholarshipOffers scholarships to Newark, NJ inner-city students.• Tekoa Academy ScholarshipOffers scholarships to students graduating from Tekoa Academy Charter School in Port Arthur, TX. • Atlanta Public Schools Scholarship (Pending)Offers scholarships to students graduating from public schools in Atlanta, GA.
