Assessing the safety of roadside situations. Ensuring drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help. Explaining processes and procedures to drivers over the phone. Relaying important information about driver situations to tow truck companies or service stations.

Customer Service for credit card customers calling to file disputes, refunds on credit card fees, reward redemptions, making payments, card replacement, bill pay, balance transfers and interest fee inquiries. Also some customer service for customers requesting service on a checking or savings account.

Resolves complaints filed - on behalf of customers by attending agents. Research calls by customers to make sure follow up is not needed regarding complaints. Resolves Billing Dispute claims for clients that are filed on their bank accounts within the bank's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include: creating new claims for clients, answering clients inquiries regarding ongoing claims. Researches and resolves other client account inquiries as appropriate. Resolves issues regarding checking and savings accounts. New card issued for lost card or fraud. Send statements missing or not received. Resolves errors with fees issued to accounts, and or; refunds fees placed onto accounts.

Experience working in an office environment for an internet-based company. Duties daily included, but were not limited to, managing inventory throughout the purchasing, and receiving process. Manage all communication for purchase orders with vendors. Resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable departments to process all invoices. Create and submit purchase orders to vendors. Confirm the accuracy of purchase orders submitted to the vendor. Maintain communication with vendors to confirm purchase orders submitted, pricing accuracy, product availability and tracking. Answered incoming calls for current, and or, potential customers; to assist with: order entry, tracking, order status and product questions.
