I am energetic, organized and always active. Enjoy working with people and various causes or issues.I began working in my family's restaurant when I was 15. I was sent to the CIA and was awarded a certificate back in 1967. I then attended The Ohio state University and the Wright State University, I majored in political science and economics, and where I "cooked" my way thru college. I was always active in politics and food and politicians always go well together. I married my pen pal in 1974 and proceeded to have 38 homes around the world and across the US in 40 yrs of marriage, which makes us ex-pats :) I was a Republican from 1970 until 2000 , and independent for 6 months and then a Democrat from 2000 to now.I really catch a lot of flak for over this. I am also into genealogy and am our family's historian.In 1992, I became a travel consultant and love it. Since I have lived and traveled in so many exotic and interesting places, I truly enjoy planning my clients adventures. I was a skier, caver, skydiver until 2 knee replacements ended those activities. But I love water sports. I developed niche interests: Culinanry, Historical, Luxury, Disabled and Family Travel.Since I am also very familiar with the culture & customs in emerging markets and not so emerging markets, my business clients have benefited form my expertise and has helped them not to be the "ugly American".
