Reporting to the President and CEO, Supports company operations by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies and monitoring administrative projects. Provides support to other departments including Clinical, Marketing, Quality and Research and Development. Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel – requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings. Maintains office supplies inventory Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Coordinate travel for all employees utilizing local travel agency. Coordinating board meetings, including hotel reservations for board members, meeting room, equipment, menus. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines. Working closely with surgeons, clinicians, vendors, etc. to set up Surgeon Advisory meetings, labs, place orders with vendors, etc. Maintaining all department files, documents, correspondence. Other duties as assigned utilizing Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, etc.
