* Serve as the initial in-person representative for WIC for all patients--"the 'first face' WIC patients see"* Ensure all patients are checked-in in a timely and accurate manner* Provide patients with a positive customer experience and make them feel welcomed and valued* Ensure all billing information is accurately received and recorded* Be a positive and collaborative co-worker to all members/parts of the organization* Ensure all service-related information--exam documentation and physician's orders--are validated and accurately represented in all systems* Prepare/verify/print all check-in forms for the next day's patients* Ensure reception area is clean and orderly* Ensure all necessary items required for 'end-of-day' procedures are completed (Examples: biopsy specimens picked up; reception/front desk areas are secured and ready for next day)
