Worked in tandem with transition manager to manage transition process for new properties, retentions and dispositions. Managed updated to transition related documents. Created and implemented cliffnotes used for new employee training. Responsible for maintaining and updating Core Practices (JLL's best practices manual).

Responsibilities included exhibit management, setup, forms coordination with vendors, collateral management and shipping, attendee management, staffing and onsite management. Managed Tenant Coordination process for all Renovation, New Tenant and Cosmetic Remodel Projects for portfolio. Lead Tenant Coordination Associate responsible for: i) design, execution of Tenant Coordination tools such as the Tenant Coordination Manual, LOD's and As-builts; ii) communication and management of benchmark deliverable dates and the corresponding contact information; iii) design and management of processes and communication that enable the Tenant Coordination Department to manage information workflow for portfolio of 47 properties.Managed capital disbursement of construction allowance for the portfolio. Lead Tenant Coordination Associate responsible for: i) validation of tenant's submissions to ensure compliance with the language of the lease; ii) coordination of accounting, property management, and the tenant during the completion of all required tasks, based on landlord criteria and lease language and managing the completion of any tasks outstanding; iii) management of project closing after all deliverables are met and payments are cleared for distribution.Managed validation of data with the CAD Consultants during lease plan creation and modifications. Lead Tenant Coordination Associate responsible for: i) coordination between Data Management and Consultants to establish accuracy between Rent Rolls and Lease Plans; ii) facilitation of Lease Plan update information between Jones Lang LaSalle and CAD Consultants, such as information regarding property deals and required documentation; iii) creation of systems for enabling Leasing, Legal and Property Management to secure LOD's on a timely basis.
