Working 50% as an Engagement Guide and 50% as a Health Guide, provide phone support to individual employees by: encouraging employee plan engagement; reviewing progress toward goals; offering wellness tips and reward information; suggesting platform options; answering customer service questions; and ultimately encouraging enrollment into one-on-one coaching sessions with a Virgin Pulse certified health coach.• Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented, place approximately 120 cold-outreach calls per day.• Adept in facilitating comfortable and confidential conversations, encouraging employee participation and helping members set small, acheiveable steps towards their health and wellness.• Knowledgeable in all platform aspects, enthusiastically offer options to motivate participants. • Demonstrates ability to quickly and skillfully learn new technologies; proficient in organization’s technologies, i.e. CRM, LivVox., etc.• Personally, practices platform tips enhancing ability to provide participants first-hand insights and results.• Excellent communication skills, enhanced by prior experience working with diverse cultures. • Efficient and effective in working independently and, also thrives collaborating with a team.
