Operations Assistant
Current• Optimize processes aligned with maintaining rental properties, including program managing the design and coordination of major property rehabilitation projects. Collaborate with homeowners and facilitate insurance claims. Assist with roofing inspections and use proprietary Customer Relationship Management software to complete estimates, prepare quotes, order materials, and track all business clients. • Select, schedule, and manage vendors, and subcontractors to perform upgrades and repairs. Create work orders, and keep accurate financial records of work performed. • Execute accurate and timely operations support including scheduling, supplement requests to insurance companies, client correspondence, office calendars, filing, and business travel bookings.
