Following a career of many years in the private practice aspect of dentistry, I joined Zimmer Dental Manufacturing and Sales as one of 5 OnSite Advisors in the US. Our role was to support Oral Surgeons and Periodontal Specialists in educating their referring general dentists and teams. Our primary focus was in the areas of the foundation, benefits, and procedures of dental implants for their mutual patients. We played a significant role in building the implant aspect of all offices we supported. This was done through small and large group trainings using power point presentations and hands on practice. It was allot of fun with maximum impact.
