Since 1982,Cheri Sperling has been working in the real estate world.She started in Nebr working at Superior Mortgage Company, working within the company with secondary pricing & purchasing of mortgages loans from mortgage companies & banks. 1992 Moving to Corpus Christi, TX Cheri worked for a Padre Island real estate office as a Property Manager dealing with long-term and short-term rentals in the resort community. After starting a real estate office called Coastline Properties in 1995, she has worked with both buyers and sellers of residential homes, condos, townhomes, commercial properties as well as vacant land & property management. Cheri has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas since 1992 and belongs to the local Corpus Christi Association of Realtors;Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.Cheri has sat on numerous Association Boards over the years. She was a Director on the Board for the largest home owners association in Texas, called Padre Isles Home Owners Association from 2007-2017. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Padre Isles Business Association since 2015. She is the Chair-elect on the Board of Directors Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. Cheri sat on the Corpus Christi Apartment Association Board for over six years. Cheri was voted by her Real Estate peers to be the 2016 REALTOR OF THE YEAR. Cheri's office was also voted BUSINESS OF THE YEAR for 2016 by the Padre Isles Business Association. Specialties: Cheri has a strong presence in the local real estate market.
