My roles have included everything from Automotive Sales Professional, Service Advisor, Service Director, Senior Manager, Risk & Retention, and Senior Performance Manager. Following my success as a Fixed Operations Manager, I decided to use my knowledge of fixed operations to help dealers realize their potential. This means diligently auditing client performance in order to identify areas for opportunity. This approach helps me to serve as a passionate advocate for my clients. More importantly, this approach allows dealers to ensure their profit goals are met. As a result, clients maximize their efficiency, productivity, and increase their ROI in their fixed and variable departments.
