My previous positions maintaining four companies and over 20 branches in Western Canada, responsibilities included, policy and procedure advisor for Branch, Sales and Operational managers, processing expenses, project management, task and calendar management for the President. HR processes with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, short-listing, hiring, employee retention, discipline and termination for Head Office in addition, provided consultation for Branch Managers in sourcing candidates for branch support. Additional responsibilities include the accounting role as the Rebate Analyst for the Customer Loyalty Program which includes analyzing customer sales to process their monthly, quarterly and annual rebates, drafting and executing contractor contract agreements for Western Canada.Technical capabilities consist of advanced training with Microsoft Office 365, Teams Management System/Outlook email/calendar/task management, Health-Quest Database Systems and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the PeopleSoft University database system.
