I am a passionate strategist who thrives at the intersection of technology, meaningful intentional innovation, leadership, and community. Currently, I'm helping steer the ship as CEO at Koben Digital, and as a Director at Thumsters Parenting App. My journey began in admin and marketing, but it was my time working at Umbraco CMS HQ a decade ago that ignited my passion for SAAS, specifically within digital agencies.At the core of my professional ethos is my love and ability to strategise, implement, and track tangible results. I wear two hats proudly - as a nurturer at home and as a leader in business (but also.... as a leader at home and a nurturer in business). This duality has absolutely deepened my commitment to advocating for gender diversity in leadership and in the tech world. Being a co-author of the business anthology, "Back Yourself", and featured on various podcasts and a Ted-Panel, I’ve had the privilege of sharing this advocacy to wider audiences.On a personal note, I challenge myself by running half marathons across the globe. (Believe me, it’s less about a love for running and more about training the mind!) Through Koben Digital, we work with and support numerous NFPs, underscoring my belief in doing meaningful work that resonates with, uplifts and supports diverse communities.
