Management over the flow of over 3000 part numbers to include tracking of inbound shipments, flagging and quarantine of trial parts, root causing and problem solving of any damage or loss of material both within our warehouse as well as reported damages from the customer. I oversee and delegate tasks to 3 supervisors (1 on each shift) whom oversee 5 to 8 clerks/counters each and 2 to 4 auditors each. I also track the profits and losses relating to said material using reports that I created that include monthly and annual comparisons to identify points of vulnerability.

Duties include overseeing the supervision of both the CMA & Shipping/Receiving areas to maintain proper processes and ensure all supervisors are committed to ensuring the success of day to day operations. I also handle any critical events that take place to minimize impact on flow of materials and coordination of any special projects that pertain to my assigned areas.

Supervision of stockers and route pickers for small parts and bulk parts. Includes oversight of air cleaner sequencing, loading of routes for transport to GM plant, unloading and management of empty containers. Also includes multiple audits for FIFO, MIN counts, adherence to process, and general housekeeping

Supervision of unloading and put away of inbound materials. Includes daily min/max counts, FIFO audits, and forklift inspections.

As Compliance Manager I was responsible for continuously gaining knowledge of the industry as well as keeping up-to-date on company expectations and helping facilities find innovative ways to meet all expectations and stay competitive in the market

As lead compliance Auditor I was responsible for auditing the cycling of freight to ensure terminals stayed within the company model. If a problem was identified, I would work with the appropriate parties to address the problem and occasionally implement new procedures in an effort to prevent that problem from occurring in the future

As a dispatch supervisor I coordinate drivers to service delivery and pickup of freight throughout the states of Ohio, Michigan, & Indiana. My primary responsibilities include assisting drivers with common issues in freight management, coordinating the positions of drivers to service freight in a timely and efficient manner, auditing driver productivity & adherence to company policies, and maintaining daily communication with large volume clients to ensure servicing of all freight.

As a productivity evaluator I was responsible for auditing productivity of individual terminals. My primary responsibility was auditing driver productivity based on time spent at each stop, drive time from one location to the next, and dock work (units moved per hour) to determine if they meet company standards. I also audited work performed by dock workers and mechanics. I worked closely with terminal managers to provide assistance and advice on improving productivity to bring the terminal into compliance with the company model.

As a team leader/data entry specialist my primary responsibilities included answering billing questions for coworkers, keeping my team informed on changes affecting our department/duties, testing new billing systems, keeping my team focused to increase productivity, training employees on specialized billing and appointment scheduling procedures, and inputting data from bills of lading.

As a store manager at Papa John's Pizza I contributed to all aspects of running the store. My primary responsibilities were making employee schedules, making bank deposits, hiring and firing staff, delegating employee tasks, filling out opening and closing paperwork, organizing local marketing and advertising, and implementing proper inventory procedures.
