- Collect software purchase and maintenance contracts from sales team- Oversee, review and approve contracts from 5-10 sales personnel in North America and Latin America- Review correct product and service orders for North American customers- Calculating appropriate discount given with every purchase or maintenance - Collect and manage credit card payments and purchase orders discreetly for multibillion corporations and institutions, such as, Disney, ESPN, FBI, etc.- Reviewing and solving issues related to all purchases and maintenance handled, including software implementation and reporting issues- Communicate with other departments and divisions related to product, technical and finance- Assist with training for new staff in software and finance related matters- Completed finance quarter ends and year end with accuracy and high turnover revenue (order to cash)

- Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit- Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit.- Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.- Credit analysis and summaries of credit requests, and authority to give approval for credits.- Review individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection.- Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify credit transactions.- Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information and credit scores.
