I ran Masterclasses and facilitated high level workshops in the areas of leadership, youth work and advocacY. The highlight of my tenure there was conducting party-agnostic capacity building programs for all electoral parties ahead of the country‘s landmark inaugural elections.

At inception, Eka Training Group had the simple desire to create kickass programs to meet the changing needs of a demanding world. As Co-founder, my role was to wayfind for the organization both operationally and commercially. As Head of Programs, I oversaw the development of curriculum structure for their suite of programs and in raising other trainers and coaches before leaving to pursue an opportunity overseas.
