Cherie Ng is a licensed architect, interior designer, adjunct professor, and certified energy manager with expertise in sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive design. She is a member with the Ontario Association of Architects, the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and the Association of Energy Engineers.As the founder of CHERIE NG ARCHITECT INC. (CNA), a Canadian-based architecture and design practice, Cherie leads a team recognized for their impactful community-centered projects and collaborative approach. CNA’s work spans public and private sectors, with a commitment to universal design, adaptive reuse, and fostering community connection.Cherie’s professional journey includes work in Hong Kong, the United States, and Canada, bringing a global, multicultural perspective to her projects. Her education includes a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Sustainable Design from Lawrence Technological University, where her graduate thesis was a finalist for the ARCC Best Research Thesis Prize. Cherie was also invited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) to serve on Yale University’s accreditation team.A respected voice in architecture, Cherie frequently speaks at conferences and workshops, sharing insights on sustainability, inclusivity, and design innovation.
