I have developed a browser-based intranet application to allow them to track their classes, engagements, subscriptions and contacts/leads. Assisted in process of analysis of business processes, researching and training for in-house conversion to SQLServer database with a Visual Basic front-end and Internet, as well as Intranet access. Developed and maintained corporate internet site and intranet. MIS Manager (1992-1995) Responsible for maintenance of network, PC's, software support, and programming for the company database, including responsibility for data integrity. During this time, the company grew from 75 employees to 750, with comparable growth in support needs, and staff. Oversaw and assisted with conversion of network from Lantastic to Novell. Orchestrated development of new database application, from evaluating customer and company business requirements, through development and testing, to conversion and implementation.
