I am an Environmental Scientist with an Undergraduate Degree in Environmental Science and a Master’s Degree in Hydrogeology, both from the University of Waterloo. For my graduate studies I examined the fate and transport of pharmaceutical compounds in septic system plumes. My project experience has includes the planning and coordination of soil and groundwater investigations and remedial programs at sites contaminated with nitroaromatics, perchlorate, chlorinated solvents, chromium and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and conducting treatability studies for remedial design. My research experience has included completion of column and field experiments for assessing chromium treatment in groundwater, as well as development of a software screening tool for evaluation of DNAPL remediation technologies. Most recently been involved in the design, implementation and management of engineered phytoremediation and enhanced in situ bioremediation (EISB) remedies at multiple Sites.
