Although I hold degrees for floriculture, and education, that was just the beginning of the realization that I will continually be growing and teaching. A lifelong learner, I am also a Certified Holistic Educator, Reiki Master, and Avana Method Practioner. I obtained my certificate as a health and wellness coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in May of 2013. I have held workshops and Community Education classes through Embracing Wellness, as well as personal consultations for health and wellness. Over the years I have achieved spiritual growth that now expands to the desire to help others brighten that light within.
