Responsible for the leadership and development of ten units including: student records, class scheduling, registration, grades, transcript and enrollment verifications, eligibility certification for veterans and athletics, graduation and academic honors, commencement, records management and central imaging, and internal and external reporting. Additionally, have division responsibility for direction and leadership of Banner Student Information System for the university’s Enrollment Management units (recruiting, graduate and undergraduate admissions, financial aid, student advisement, undergraduate studies).
