I have eleven years of managerial and administrative experience. I have worked in many different industries such as social work, retail, healthcare, insurance, property management, event planning, non-profit, architectural, engineering, and distribution. During my work experience, I have become proficient in assisting executive positions, managing multiple calendars, setting up meetings and appointments, creating presentations, extracting reports, discussing benefits, processing accident claims, processing court documents, using computer programs, screening, hiring and training new employees, reading blueprints, organizing events, planning and budgeting new and existing programs, requesting for donations and coordinating travel arrangements. I have also developed great communication and customer service skills that allow me to speak well with others and represent an organization.
