IT Desktop Technician with 10 plus years' experience working as an IT Desktop Technician by troubleshooting and fixing end -user computer issues and maintaining company networks in a team environment. Seeking to secure a position as an IT Technical Support Specialist that will allow me to utilize and enhance my skills. Obtained an Associate's Degree in Network Systems Administration and Google Technical Support Certificate as well as formal training for CompTIA A+ certification. Successfully performed a Risk Assessment evaluation which was approved and implemented by management, to create a safer and healthier workplace. During my tenure as a flight attendant and IT Support specialist I have developed excellent communication skills and managed to build a good rapport with my colleagues and clients.
