• Management of multiple local and international programs that included: attendee and faculty management, creation of program materials, weekly programmatic faculty liaison, and attendee management.• Custom creator of educational booklet for custom client to achieve their learning needs.• Team lead and chief organizer for UNC hosted, 3 day Executive Education based conference in December of 2015 with 200 attendees from 20 countries.• Built high-quality, long-term relationships with executive education clients.• Creation and implementation of program budgets for all managed programs.• CRM manager.• Team member to revamp presentation materials including the presentation templates.• Evaluated each program using daily evaluations, an overall evaluation and sharing evaluation results with key stakeholders. • Directing The Leukemia Cup Regatta, including marketing and promotion, database creation and maintenance, fundraising assistance, event planning, strict budgetary constraints, Web site updates, and year over year revenue growth of twenty percent.• Presentations to small and large groups of people using technology when needed. I spoke for corporate breakfasts, lunches, evening fundraising events, corporate team building events, and was asked to present at three professional conferences to share the tools that I used to help build our fundraising toolbox.• Large-scale planning of special events for over 4,500 attendees of the Raleigh & Durham Light The Night Walks. • Volunteer recruitment of Light The Night planning committee that included monthly meetings, follow-up, and stewardship of volunteers with growth potential.• Team and relationship building of high-level corporate teams with a strong focus on volunteer leadership.
