I work with leaders, entrepreneurs and people of influence, groups and organisations across the world to establish and promote emotional health, so that people can live wholehearted and free and be healthier leaders. My method focuses on using intuition, heart work and releasing trapped emotions. The main areas of focus are: emotional healing, and healthy leadership, authenticity and reclaiming the power of your story. Why I Do What I DoWorking through abuse as a child was a pivotal shift in my life. What I thought would be a continuous traumatic life experience became the catalyst to my purpose, mission and drive; to liberate others into authentic leadership and wholeness.**May I just add - this is a trigger warning for rape, suicide, sexual abuse.**My story starts with being raped by an influential leader - this led to me attempting suicide at the age of 15. My teen years until my mid 20's were marked by depression, hopelessness, and no sense of identity or purpose. My healing journey has allowed me to share my insights and story to help liberate others to a new level in their leadership. This led to me committing to a journey of embracing authenticity. This shift in my life made me realise I needed to do 'the work' to become healed and whole myself. This was probably the most challenging process and led me to confront the perpetrator. This helped me on a journey of reclaiming my voice and power and my ability to forgive him and bless him.  Have you ever had a moment where you're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and finding that your performance is being affected, and unsure why?
