Software Engineer At Indra Air Traffic
CurrentDevelopment and maintenance of the flight data processing system (FDP), a critical component in the air traffic management systems developed for the UK National Air Services Provider (NATS) that handles all the information about a flight plan from various inputs (radars, controllers, control centers). My role involves implementing new functionalities in collaboration with the requirements team and solving issues, primarily using ADA and C++ programming languages in Linux environments. I work closely with the onsite team in the uk and assist on key testing and validation activities such as FATs or SATs. • Development and maintenance of Flight Data Processing (FDP) systems using ADA and C++. • Remote development on Linux OS using SSH and proficient in command line navigation. • Coordination with the requirements definition team using DOORS for high-quality technical implementations. • Close collaboration with the UK test team for efficient problem-solving. • Basic knowledge of shell programming (bash). • Version control using ClearCase. • Remote system debugging using GDB.
