As a senior service desk engineer in IT department for almost 3 years I successfully resolved numerous issues. I have a good understanding of Windows desktop and server operating systems, Apple operating systems, AD management, and other applications management. Additionally, I have experience in website administration and graphic design, which might be useful in managing and improving the user service experience.I am always looking for ways to improve my workflow. I have experience in working with documentation, develop and implement process improvements in the IT department. I am also skilled and consistent in troubleshooting, which allows me to quickly identify, pinpoint and fix or in some cases, after deep investigation, resolve user issues. I am continuously learning and developing in areas and with tools I’m working with for my confidence.In addition to my hard skills, in soft skills, I am fluent in English with wide speaking and writing knowledge in technical terms.
