Vice President Of Marketing And Communications
CurrentReporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing and Communications is responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, development and implementation of NIA’s marketing and communications functions.This role oversees all marketing and communications campaigns, across web development, design (online and print), content, advertising, branding, promotion, advertising, search engine optimization, public relations, and more - and manages associated staff and contractors.• Collaborate with all NIA teams to develop new strategies for the marketing of NIA services• Work with the Member and Broker Services Team to develop ideas and create content for all materials related to advertising, brand management and member and broker education about NIA products and services• Implement innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible, operationally sustainable, and strategically effective manner• Develop and modify programs within NIA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that nurture leads and engage nonprofits, customers, and insurance brokers• Oversee the management of online marketing strategy and content for all NIA web properties, including search engine optimization and lead conversion • Guide the strategy, design, production, and delivery of physical and online marketing collateral, communications, and social media outreach• Transition and maintain all NIA online materials for maximum accessibility• Develop and manage the marketing budget• Assure that the work of employed and contract workers is in line with the mission and strategic vision• Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs• Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape• Develop and execute rapid response communication, as needed• Provide the CEO with regular statistical reports relative to communication and marketing targets• Present quarterly reporting to NIA staff and the NIA boards
