Vice President Of Marketing And Communications
Current- Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing and Communications is responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, development and implementation of NIA’s marketing and communications functions.This role.
- Collaborate with all NIA teams to develop new strategies for the marketing of NIA services
- Work with the Member and Broker Services Team to develop ideas and create content for all materials related to advertising, brand management and member and broker education about NIA products and services
- Implement innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible, operationally sustainable, and strategically effective manner
- Develop and modify programs within NIA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that nurture leads and engage nonprofits, customers, and insurance brokers
- Oversee the management of online marketing strategy and content for all NIA web properties, including search engine optimization and lead conversion
