In this wonderful company, I happened to lead the development and construction of several buildings, that became iconic for the city of Voronezh.My team and I designed a school building, which grand opening was widely covered by the regional media. Also, in 2018, we won the "Zodchestvo VRN" Awards in two nominations: The Best Public Building and The Best Blockhouse. Together we received a prestigious diploma from the Union of Architects for the hospital project. Within the list of the implemented projects, there is also The Recreational Area in the city of Ostrogozhsk.Especially valuable was a third-degree diploma for the office building project in the design competition from the Wizard Animation company.

I had started with the preparation of documentation, drawing up planning decisions according to the sketches of a current Senior Architect, and technical drawing of working documentation.Later, thanks to the initiative and hard work, сompany executives began to trust me in compiling albums of working documentation. After about 7-8 months, I took my first steps in drawing up and submitting my own concepts of both architectural and design projects. Shortly after that, the Chief Architect started teaching me how to lead 2-3 projects from scratch (from communication with a client to supervision at a construction site). Thus, I had established myself as a responsible and purposeful architect, and for about a year I managed to work as the head of a working group of junior architects.The following were implemented:- multiple projects of cottage housing construction and plenty of private interior design projects- the men's hairdresser "CHOP-CHOP" design- the conference room for the hotel "Mercure"
