I am currently working as an Instructional Designer at OJO Tuition. My responsibilities include creating content and training staff on using LMS.

I deliver training (online & face to face) in English as a Foreign Language to male Saudi Arabian undergraduates. My classes range from 22 students 25 per class. DUTIES• Plan and deliver pedagogically sound lessons relevant to the Faculty’s KPIs• Participate in the preparation, correction and assessment of examination papers andassignments, and invigilation of examinations• Monitor and enforce student attendance• Participate in the counselling, remediation, and administration of student data• Participate in the ongoing review and development of curriculum content, teachingmethods and methods of student assessment• Maintain and develop professional competence through active engagement in professionaldevelopment activities provided by the College• Undertake other duties as required by Management
