I am in charge of launching the Dubai office with the aim of entering the GCC market:- Administrative functions such as choosing a registrar / free zone, setting up a company, signing lease agreements, etc.- Signing an agreement with media partners and adTech- Market research and customer relationship building at GCC- Sales to key clients- Hiring a team

I ran the company for ten years and achieved several goals:- Increase in turnover by 100 times- PBT increased by 50 times- Number of employees increased by 9 times (from 20 to 400+)- The company opened several offices in the EU, UAE, Russia and Israel and started working with clients from 20+ countries E-Promo entered the TOP-10 digital performance marketing companies in Russia (list of IAB recommendations, Tagline rating).In 2017, I was involved in the acquisition of part of E-Promo by MGCom. My responsibilities as CEO:- strategic development, operational management and financial planning;- participation in product development, marketing and sales to attract key international clients and advertising holdings;- the last word in matters of hiring key people or building relationships with our key partners - Yandex, Google, Meta and VK;- Direct coordination of CCO, responsible for gross revenue, CFO, several heads of product departments (paid search, paid social networks, display advertising, SEO), directors of personnel and PR.Experience:- Experience in planning a Digital Performance Marketing strategy for e-commerce, finance, real estate, telecommunications and pharmaceutical businesses.- Working with more than 30+ major advertisers companies such as Sberbank, VTB, Renaissance Credit, Rostelecom, Beeline, GAZ Group, World Class, as well as with several agencies, including Dentsu, Publicis, Omnicom and independent groups as a subcontractor.- Drawing up budgets, financial reports and organizational structures in relation to the advertising business. I have been an invited speaker on the topics mentioned above at several conferences hosted by Yandex, Google and RIW.

I am the founder of Morizo and run it for 8 years. I achieved the goal of becoming a web production company #1 in the home region (Nizhny Novgorod) in terms of turnover (Delovoi Kvartal Magazine ranking) and quality (CMS Magazine ranking). The company also reached TOP-25 as a digital production company in Russia (Tagline ranking). Morizo Digital has been and continues to focus on the development of e-commerce solutions and complex internet services.At different stages of the company life, I was in charge of operational management and strategic development, staff hiring, project management for key clients, product development, and marketing, public and vendor relations. I had experience working with several international clients (Lacoste, Marks&Spencer, US Polo) and enterprise companies (AGC Russia, GAZ Group, UCM Holdings).In 2012, I organized an M&A deal with E-Promo digital performance marketing agency. After that, I left the CEO position and continued to focus on the company's strategy as a co-owner.
