Scope of works:- Day-to-day site monitoring, control of installation works in accordance with Construction Schedule and technology described in Method Statement- Analysis of general and detailed technical documents by Contractor (Method Statement, Technical Regulations etc.)- Analysis of issued changes in WD- Construction implementation reports and analysis; taking relevant actions for meeting the Program- Participation on meetings of different levels- Review of detailed and combined schedules against contractual schedules and performance control- Consultation for other teams and Contratcor on construction issues on a relevant package including selection of material, equipment, construction adaptability- Factory inspection

Western High-Speed Diameter – the biggest project in Russia and one of the most big PPP project in road construction in the world. It is a high-speed urban motorway including around 120,000 t of Steel Structures.In my responsibility there is a prefabrication and deliveries of steel bridge elements in two factories - Tyumenstalmost and Lenmontazh (around 30,000 t of Main Steel Structures + over 1,500 t of Auxiliary Structures) + often business trips to all other factories of the Project.Scope of works (Technical specialist):- Pre-Fabrication of steel bridge elements in the factory (Full-cycle starting with purchasing of raw material, finishing with delivery on site ready for assembly elements)- Checking of working design and obtaining of prompt approvals from designers- WD transmittal to the Factories and Technical part of the prefabrication process- Approval of shop-drawing for prefabrication and factory orders- Coordination activities (planning and control)- Business trips to the factories (solving technical and shipment problems)- Prompt placing of new orders- Preparation of reports requiredScope of works (Site engineer):- Day-to-day monitoring of workforce availability and control over Subcontractor's work progress - Checking of materials and works for the purpose of conformity to working design and technical requirements- Supervision over availability and timely supplies of the needed materials to construction site- Cooperation with Client and its representatives (engineers, surveyors), including regular meetings dedicated to the progress of site works- Checking of working design and obtaining of prompt approvals from designers- Solving of various unexpected technical difficulties and other problems, taking measures to avoid arising of such problems in the future- Preparation of reports required - Functioning as technical consultant for subcontractors on site- Planning and optimization of on-site works for implementation of the schedule
