I am based in Victoria, BC and work remotely across Canada. I come from 15 years of civil litigation experience advising and representing people, businesses and non-profit organizations on a variety of disputes, including employment, human rights, commercial and business disputes, construction, collections, real property, home defects, estate litigation, and more. I work with clients to understand the background and their objectives in order to help them hear each other and craft solutions suited to their situation. I also am a workplace/organizational investigator and conflict resolution consultant, a dynamic public speaker, trainer and facilitator on topics related to workplace and organizational conflict, negotiation, anti-discrimination, equity, diversity and inclusion.
