Working for Allegis group in 2006-2007, as a Licensed Phlebotomist, rotating between different hospitals and laboratories such as Kaiser Permanente and Quest diagnostics, duties included: Venipuncture on Pediatric/Geriatric patients, specimen processing, customer service, and data entry, in an out/in-patient environment. While employed at Diagnostic Laboratories in 2007, as a Mobile phlebotomist, duties included: driving to different homes and facilities to perform Venipuncture, and blood cultures on Geriatric/Pediatric patients, as well as delivering the Specimens to the lab, in a timely manner to be processed. These duties were performed with outstanding bedside manner. In my most recent Role, as a Health Advocate for Healthcare Partners, I managed patients after discharge, Maintaining a 98-100% engagement rate with the patients. Recently completed another Phlebotomy program as a refresher course, GPA 4.0.Externship completed performing blood draws at Mission Community Hospital.
