* Worked closely with Valerie Sickles, the previous Director of Urban Promotions and Community Affairs for Alpha Media Louisville station.* Promote local contests on social networking sites for WGZB B96.5 & WMJM 101.3 Magic.* Daily communication with promotions manager and entire promotions team.* Partner with radio personalities as they would go out and promote business, events and fundraisers. Working with them as they would set up the tables, and partake in giveaways.We would give away t-shirts, tickets to shows, Cd's, stickers, and other free giveaways. * Worked with Microsoft, where I would put information into spreadsheets, make calls to winners of prizes, and prepared sales and promotional proposals, but I enjoyed the mixture of both hands-on activities, as well as, the office hours.

*Submit articles to the independent campus newspaper. Articles would include new and exciting events happening on campus. * Take Photographs of events that would take place on campus.

* Worked with fellow partner Makayla Moore, together we worked with social networking, personal blogging, branding and blog tagging. * Blogged for Keisha Nicole, a former radio personality in Louisville, KY; including website editing and adding visual graphics to her site.* Worked with WordPress, keeping the website up-to-date. Coordinated Keisha Nicole's schedule and local events to her website. This allowed her audience to stay up-to-date with local events, contests and public appearances.

* At the university of Louisville, I took a few classes related to video journalism. In class, I was able to participate in brainstorm sessions with fellow classmates.* Come up with story boards and visualize them in video format.* Creation of still and motion video graphics for use in video production projects.* worked collectively with my group to develop a artistic vision for each project and meet tight deadlines.* Develop editing skills using Final Cut Pro software and work with photoshop.*Conceive, write, and shoot digital videos.* Publish content on Wordpress and YouTube.
