Transporting Patients to and from their medical appointments, Bringing patients home from their stay in hospital, Transferring patients between Hospitals all while ensuring the patient is receiving the highest level of care. Trained to use Wheelchairs, Carry Chairs, AED’s and Stretchers all safely and securely.

Trained as a Barista and a Chef. Keyholder Role, Doing the business shopping and opening up the building, preparing and getting ready to open to the public. Managing Staff and their individual needs. Preparing a wide variety of Food and Drinks for our customers while maintaining hygiene and health and safety standards and delivering fantastic customer service.

Self Service Kiosk Host, Counter Staff. I would advise people on how to fill in their Passport and Driving License forms as well as make appointments for potential customers to see our in branch financial specialist. I learnt how to redirect mail, process bill and help with General enquiries. I had to meet sales targets by promoting our products such as Life Insurance, Credit Cards and Telephone and Broadband services to customers I encountered.

As a team member I would be selling the customers their tickets, recommending deals and combos that will save them money and preparing and serving the customers their food. I also helped clean the auditoriums after every showing to the highest possible standard and being available should any customer have an issue or question. As a team leader I was tasked with running the team member team. I would make sure that they were up to date on current training methods and know the current deals/combo offers available. I still was very customer oriented making sure their time at Odeon Kettering was well remembered. Day to Day jobs would include; Preparing Staff Rota's, Ordering and Receiving Deliveries, Stock Rotation, Preparing Tills, Cashing up and Banking Tills, Moving Stock from cupboards to front of house, setting up displays, putting up posters and film times, dealing with customer issues, questions and complaints, keeping myself up to date with current promotions and feeding back to my team and making sure my staff feel happy and proud to work for our company.
